Processing Times

  • In-stock items will be processed and shipped within 2–4 business days.

  • Pre-order items require additional time. Please allow 7–10 working days for processing before shipping. You will receive a notification once your order is on its way.

Shipping Options

Next Day Delivery

We offer Next Day Delivery on eligible items within select regions.
To qualify:

  • Your order must be placed before 1:00 PM (local time), Monday to Friday.

  • Orders placed after 1:00 PM will be processed the next business day.

Please note: Next Day Delivery is not available on weekends or public holidays.

Standard Shipping

Shipping times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. You will receive a tracking number once your order is shipped.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to select countries. Shipping times and fees vary based on destination. Any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

- If you have a special event please make sure to place your order in enough time to receive your package .

Please make sure your address is correct at check out. We are not responsible if your package is shipped to the wrong address per your entry. If your package is returned to us, you are responsible for paying the shipping fee again.
