Refund policy

Due to the nature of our products, refunds are not permitted unless the item is faulty.

Refunds will only be considered if the following conditions are met:

1. The issue must be reported to

Hairrhighness@hotmail.com within 48 hours of receiving the item.

2. Items must be returned unused in their original packaging

This does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
